Managing Director

Ramone is a globally recognized strategic advisor who has spent nearly 20 years serving leadership teams across consulting and digital services firms worldwide. He has advised on transactions involving some of the most respected consulting, digital services, and private equity firms globally.

Ramone has held senior roles at boutique investment banks specializing in advising the consulting and digital services sectors, where he advised founders and global strategic buyers on mergers, acquisitions, and growth strategies. He began his career in the investment banking division of the Macquarie Group before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a founding member of its global corporate development team developed to explore transformational acquisitions to expand its Advisory businesses. In this role, he reviewed strategy and led corporate development initiatives across its global organization.

Ramone is a regular guest speaker and student liaison for finance and business cohorts across various finance departments.
